The project is dedicated to a comprehensive analysis of the concept of sustainable development, its theoretical underpinnings, and its practical integration into the framework of Russian state policy. The research will examine the evolution of sustainable development principles, their adaptation to national contexts, and the specific tools and mechanisms employed by the Russian government to foster sustainable growth. Special attention will be paid to identifying both successful initiatives and existing challenges in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals within the Russian Federation, with a view to proposing evidence-based recommendations for policy enhancement. The study aims to provide a holistic understanding of how global sustainability agendas are translated into national policy decisions and their real-world impact.
